What is ShareCare?

ShareCare is a program available in the Duluth MN/Superior WI area that offers a reduced rate of payment for health care services based on household income. Those eligible for ShareCare are issued a card which indicates the percentage of payment required. The ShareCare card is currently accepted at over 40 health care sites.

Who is eligible for ShareCare?

Individuals and families are eligible if they: 1) Have no health insurance, 2) Are not eligible for other public programs and 3) Meet income eligibility criteria that is at or below to 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
